Kat’s mom recently turned 60 and to celebrate we decided to take her on a 2-night trip to Sukhothai, a place that had been on our bucket-list for years. The views as we flew into Sukhothai were stunning: lush countryside, ritual ponds and palm trees dotted across the landscape, and temples blending seamlessly into nature.
